I'm so excited to start the new year off with a Fresh start. The idea of FreshAir Cleaning company started as a very broad cleaning company with no name, i just knew I wanted a cleaning company. I thought about doing residential cleanings, then I thought about only doing commercial cleanings. I knew that I wanted to be very specific in my target market, so I pondered a few ideas for about 2 full days before settling on short term rentals specifically Airbnb's. It made sense! My fiancé and I love to travel and picking our Airbnb are always my favorite part of planning any getaway. We have stayed in some amazing and very well-kept Airbnb's. I did hours of research into the industry (YouTube and Google of course!). The decision was made to start this cleaning company and to tailor it specifically to the Airbnb cleaning! The name FreshAir seemed perfect for both the cleaning and Airbnb industry! I sat and wrote out a detailed business plan, created our logo, and now the rest is history!!

We as a company have one main mission and that is OVERALL GUEST EXPIERENCE. My background is in the service industry. I was a server for over 10 years, and one thing that completely set me apart from other servers and how much money I made was I understood that the guest overall experience was extremely important, and it was my job to make sure my guest would never forget their experience with me. I found great joy in going above and beyond to do an exceptional job. We take pride in delivering exceptional services to our host and their guest. Having a keen eye for the smallest details are what we stand by. The guest experience is just as important to us as it to our host!
